2026 NAPPSA Annual Charity Ball

On July 11, 2026, the Nigerian Association of Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Scientists in the Americas (NAPPSA) will host its Annual Charity Ball with a goal of raising $50,000 to advance a cause that is both urgent and deeply underserved: women’s and menopausal health in Nigeria. For far too many women, menopause is still experienced in silence, confusion, and stigma. Reliable information is limited, support is inconsistent, and access to informed care is often out of reach. At the same time, pharmacists remain one of the most accessible healthcare professionals in many communities, yet there is currently no structured or sustained menopause education program designed to equip them to meet this need. Through this initiative, NAPPSA aims to support pharmacist-led education that equips healthcare professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to guide women, reduce misinformation, and improve referrals to appropriate care. The impact extends beyond Nigeria. It strengthens the global NAPPSA community’s commitment to service, professional leadership, and meaningful health advocacy across borders.
